Doctor of economics, graduate of the Cracow University of Economics (now the University of Economics) and post-graduate studies in the field of Master of Public Administration. From the third year of studies, he was associated with the Department of Economy and Public Administration, where he is currently an assistant professor. He conducts didactic classes in the field of innovation policy, structural funds of the European Union, methods of planning and analysis of public enterprises. Author of numerous scientific publications in the field of innovation policy as well as expert opinions and evaluation studies carried out at the request of the Marshal’s Office of the Małopolska Region, the Ministry of Regional Development and the European Parliament.
