Doctor of economic sciences in the discipline of economics, the title of the doctoral dissertation: The impact of network coordination on the region’s innovativeness (an example of the Małopolska and Świętokrzyskie provinces). From 2005, he was associated with the Małopolska School of Public Administration at the University of Economics in Krakow (MSAP UEK) and the Department of Economy and Public Administration at the University of Economics in Krakow (Department of GTP UEK). From March 2014, the Director of MSK UEK. Assistant at the Department of GTP UEK. Participant of over 20 research and implementation projects in the field of analysis of public policies, innovation and regional development, including projects under the 6th and 7th Framework Program of the European Union. Author of several publications and over a dozen research works in the field of public policies, including innovation policy, regional policy and development policy.
