Fulbright scholar – Oregon State University, College of Business (1996). Expert in the Scientific Society of Organization and Management – Organization and Management specialization (since 1993).

Directions of scientific and research interests: improvement (diagnosis and design) of structures and processes within business management and public organizations, socio-economic negotiations, analysis and resolution of organizational conflicts, managing organizational changes and relationships.

Author of approximately 250 publications as well as numerous scientific and research projects. It also has a significant didactic output, especially in the use of activating learning methods. He conducted a number of trainings for practitioners, mainly on negotiations and conflict management. He participated in the elaboration and implementation of several dozen expert analysis and consultancy projects, mainly in the field of improvement of structures and processes in enterprises and public organizations. He also gained practical experience as a member of company supervisory boards.
